Qualifications:

Contemporary Worship leadership experience desired in the areas of congregational worship, planning of services, directing teams, and utilizing applicable worship technologies.
Candidate should have proven vocal and instrumental ability and be able to guide members of the band in these areas.
Will oversee worship technology teams and be responsible for all technology tools used by the ministries of First Presbyterian Church related to worship.
Willingness to recruit and develop musical, creative, and technical talent.
Candidate of choice will have strong verbal communication, a passion for worship, and willing to develop a vision for the Gathering Band and Service.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Starting Salary $28-38,000 plus benefits, depending on experience
