Job Description:
This full time staff person will be the primary worship leader for our Sanctuary Services, designing set lists and creating service flow. He/she will also be responsible for staffing all worship teams, sound and other worship technology in our various worship venues. He/she will also oversee technology teams and be responsible for all technology tools used by the ministries of Maranatha related to worship. This leader will work directly under the leadership of the senior pastor. He/she must be in agreement with the EFCA Statement of Faith, the Vision and Mission and Core Values of Maranatha as well as the Maranatha Constitution and By-Laws.
