Job Description:
Bear Valley Church of Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a new Worship Pastor. The church is essentially non-denominational evangelical, with Southern Baptist roots and networks.
Bear Valley conducts three (identical) Sunday morning services with 1,000 people attending weekly. We are a multi-generational congregation; our worship style is contemporary with a slight blending in of classic hymns. We also have an adult choir, a small orchestra, a student band and children's choirs.
Candidates will need experience as a full time church worship leader in a setting with vocalists, instrumentalists, and an adult choir. Formal education in music and strong vocal/ instrument skills would be needed, as well as an evangelical theological outlook.
