Responsibilities include...
Develop a ministry strategy that reflects NCCs vision to "connect the disconnected and grow together towards full maturity in Christ"
Lead Wednesday night student worship experience ...high-energy worship, relevant teaching, games, etc...
Develop and implement a discipleship strategy that will help students be grounded in the Scriptures.
Organize and oversee student small groups
Recruit, equip and mobilize a strong group of adult volunteers
Plan and oversee all youth activities (summer camps, retreats, mission trips, service projects, outreach events, fun outings, etc...)
Keep parents informed and involved with high levels of communication, participation and partnership
Ensure the physical safety of our students through appropriate safety and security measures and adequate numbers of adult volunteers and sponsors.
Develop student leaders including worship band
Various duties as part of the pastoral staff

A calling to minister to students and parents
A self-motivated, servant-leader with a strong work ethic
Effective communicator... able to preach and teach God's word
A strong leader, able to manage a large team of volunteers.
Strong administrator, able to give attention to details and delegate responsibilities
Creative and media savvy (graphics art skills & media skills are plus)
Ability to lead worship a plus
