RMBC now seeks a seasoned associate pastor to work along side the other church leaders for the salvation of lost souls, the edification of the church body, and the glory of God. We are looking for an individual that will honor and preserve God’s past work in and through RMBC; someone that will also demonstrate sensitivity to the Spirit’s leading in the present and future. Following a family ministry model, the position requires an inclination to work with all age groups. Though not exclusive, ministry to youth, young adults, and young families is the initial priority. You will:
· Work closely with the senior pastor and other staff in all areas of ministry.
· Integrate new people into the full life of the church body.
· Lead / participate in the music ministry of the church (preferred).
